What to do in a dental emergency?

Stay calm

Keep calm and assess the situation. If you are experiencing severe pain, please visit our practice immediately or go to the nearest emergency clinic.

Provide first aid

If a tooth has broken off, try to locate the fragment and store it in a clean, moist environment – for example, in milk or a saline solution. This increases the chance of saving the tooth.

Contact your dentist

Get in touch with us by phone as soon as possible. Outside of our office hours, the emergency dental service is available to assist you.

Relieve pain

Until you receive treatment, cold compresses or taking painkillers – as directed by a doctor or pharmacist – can provide temporary relief.

Plan ahead for the future

Regular dental check-ups help prevent acute emergencies in the future.

In urgent cases, we are here for you and do everything we can to help you quickly. Outside our regular hours, please contact the dental emergency service. Your health and well-being are our top priority.
