Ambulant surgery

In our office you have the possibility of having surgery in local anesthesia, in sedatation or narcosis. Surgery usually is carried out on the assignment of your local dental clinic on base.
In case of sedatation or narcosis you have to ask your insurance (TriCare or United Concordia) if they will cover the costs. In case they will not cover the costs for narcosis you can pay by yourself. In accord to our anesthesiologist the costs thereby incurred are 250, - Euro for an hour of surgery.

What you have to know about your dental surgery

Your first appointment in our office is a preliminary talk for your surgery. Please bring your assignment from your dentist or dental clinic on base, your insurance papers and current x-rays with you for this appointment. In the course of this preliminary talk we will point out to you the surgery in detail and alternative options for surgery.
Concluding we need a written agreement of yours that we are allowed to do the surgery. After that you will get an appointment for surgery and checkups in our office. For the surgery appointment you have to bring someone with you because you are not allowed to drive afterwards. Farther you will get a leaflet for the conduct after dental surgery and for your safety telephone numbers where you can reach us even outside our official business hours.

After finishing the after-treatment we will send you back to your dentist or dental clinic on base.
